Michelle Murphy founded Horizon C&C because she has overcome the exact challenges your teams face today
For years, she worked alongside manufacturing managers, construction leaders, façade installers, and frontline crews across New York City. She saw teams full of smart, dedicated, hardworking people who were overwhelmed by the realities of today’s workforce: talent shortages, burned-out supervisors, communication breakdowns, shifting expectations, and the pressure to “just get it done.”
She watched great leaders lose great people — not because they didn’t care, but because no one had ever taught them how to coach, communicate, build trust, or inspire high performance in environments that move at 100 miles per hour. She saw new hires struggling to learn from seasoned workers before they retired. She saw teams craving purpose, clarity, and recognition but getting buried in the daily grind.
